Empowering Refugee-led Organizations: Insights from ChildFund’s Self-Reliance Training

YEFOSR extends heartfelt appreciation to #ChildFund for organizing a powerful and insightful 3-day training on Self-Reliance Approaches tailored for Refugee-led Organizations in Palorinya, alongside ChildFund’s partners in Uganda.

The training was rich with critical learnings and best practices around Governance, Leadership and Management, Income Generation, Networking and Relationship Building, Community Engagement, and Programme Delivery. These sessions, facilitated by experts from #ChildFundNewZealand, #ChildFundKenya, #Emali, and #CIYOTA, provided valuable perspectives that will undoubtedly propel YEFOSR to greater heights as we continue to empower youth and communities through self-reliance.

We are especially thankful for the opportunity to network and learn from peer organizations and partners who share our mission and passion for creating sustainable impact.
